Maldonado to continue 'aggressive' style
Williams' Pastor Maldonado says he won't change his "extremely aggressive" driving style in the future.
Having won the Spanish Grand Prix last year, Maldonado was involved in numerous incidents and went on a nine-race scoreless run. However, having described his driving style as "extremely aggressive" to Marca, Maldonado said he would not be changing the way he approaches racing because of how much he had achieved so far.
"Every time I walk down a hallway in my house and I see everything I've got from that style I think I should continue on this path," said the Venezuelan. "Yes, I've had run-ins with other drivers, not only now but in the past. But that led me to win each of the categories where I competed. It gives me strength to keep going because you can always improve."
Maldonado is entering his third season with Williams and will be partnered by Valtteri Bottas in 2013 having beaten previous team-mate Bruno Senna by 14 points last season.
