Damien Magee, who grew up on Belfast's notorious Falls Road, drove in one grand prix for Williams at a time the team were working their way through drivers at a remarkable rate - Magee was one of 22 who drove for them in a four-year period. He came 14th in the Swedish GP in 1975, and a year later secured a drive for RAM at the French GP but failed to qualify. That same year he briefly led the Shellsport Group 8 series in a Cosworth-powered March before finishing runner-up.
