Profile
The son of the legendary Reg Parnell, Tim Parnell qualified for two grand prix in 1961, only finishing once in tenth at the German Grand Prix. He took over his father's team after his sudden death in 1964 and went on to manage BRM between 1970 and 1974. He was in later years a director of Derby County and is actively involved in the British Racing Drivers Club.
