Profile
Mike became the youngest ever grand prix driver when he started the 1980 Canadian Grand Prix for Tyrrell aged just 19, but his career never really managed to take off. Back to Formula Two in 1981, a huge accident at Thruxton stalled Mike's progress, and although he fought back to win the 1984 Formula Two crown, he dropped out of the sport entirely shortly afterwards.
